Don't work predefined password password for QuickSupport module - bussines license

I have created the QuickSupport module of 13 version with option 'Use a predefined password'. But this password don't work. Please, fix it. I can't connect to the device with this password. I checked that I used the SAME password. Version 13.2.5287 QSC
