Filemaker interaction

I am finding a problem with Teamviewer 13 and Filemaker 17.  If I ask Teamviewer to start with the system start up it affects the performance of parts of FM.  Each hit to Filemaker requires reinstalling Filemaker to fix the problem.  It remains good until I restart the computer or start Teamviewer.  As long as Temviewer is not installed to boot or has not run Filemaker is fine.  Use Teamviewer once and then Filemaker has to be reinstalled to fix the performance.  Tried this several times in several ways this week and only Teamviewer causes the problem.  I don't have to access any remote computer all I have to do is start Teamviewer.  From that time on only removing Teamviewer and reinstalling Filemaker will fix the problem.
