Full Screen Doesn't Cover Taskbar

In the beta and all previous versions, when I used full screen mode, it covered the taskbar on my host PC.   I have to turn on auto-hide on my taskbar in order to get the actual full screen now.

Is there a setting where I can get the old behavior?
