How to avoid to re - accept remote connection after reboot

Maybe you can help us with that: Our customers have to accept all incoming TV-connections, before our support can access their desktops. That works fine and as intended. From time to time our support sessions take quiet a while and here and there the session is interrupted by restarts of the computer. As some of our customers are not always at their desktop then, it would be practical if our customers  don´t need to re-accept the incoming TV-connection again.

Is there a way to accomplish that?
