How to connect to the second GPU

We have a workstation without any monitor attached to it with a built-in VGA graphic card and an installed NVIDIA GeForce 8GB. When I log in remotely, I need the Team viewer to pick up the NVIDIA rather than the built-in graphics card. I need to run some simulation tools remotely with high graphics demands.
