How to use the Deployment Tool to auto set certain settings

I would like to use the Deployment Tool to create an msi file for installs. That automatically does the following

Make the name in TeamViewer match the machines host name

Auto start with windows

Sign in to my team viewer account

Grant Easy Access

I want this so i can script my deployments. Is this possible?
