ID after cloning disk

Sorry for some mistake of my  english 

I have buy a macbookpro and make a clone of my hdisk from my older computer :a macbookAIR but now the team viewver of my older computer , the mac book air have exactly the same ID et nothing work correctly . How i can connet to the team of Teamviewer to they accept , to change one of ID installation  ,  many many thanks for yours responses Soleil67
