ID set as Private but still shows Trial Expired

I had a Problem My id Trial Expired and raised a Request through Personal Use Verfication form on 12/Mar/2018 and they had set my ID as Private on 15/Mar/2018 but still am not able to use Teamviewer, it shows trial expired.

I dont know what should i do

Kindly resolve my issue

    No USE, Uninstalled and Install the same the problem not solved

    I'm having the same problem.  Closed and reopened the program several times and still get the notice that the trial period has expired and I need to purchase a license.  What am I doing wrong?

     restart the TeamViewer Service -- how do I do this?

  • How do you reset the service? What is meant by this?
