Is it possible for the person remoting in to disable the voice over TV?

Our support team is chat based and we have been having customers hit the microphone button trying to talk to us over TeamViewer to avoid paying for phone support. Is It possible for us, the person remoting into the others computer, to disable the voice over TeamViewer feature on our end?
