Is it possible to include the description of a service queue request in the email notification?

I'm hoping there's a way to include the description in the notification email sent when a user submits a service request? is this possible?

Currently, the email contains only the name of the user, session code, time and Teamviewer's contact info.

How can I include the user-entered description as well?
