Is video contact while supporting a PC possible and how

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to have video contact with the user of the computer that you are supporting

    Teamviewer 12 does support doing video to the remote computer, and allows them to do it back to you if they desire. It is under the ribbon at the top of the screen, under the communicate menue.

    Any thoughts on why a remote PC can share video with me, but I can't share my video feed simultaneously with them?
