License problem

Hello everyone

  I need your help. I installed the new version of the software but I cannot stablish any connection because my license has expired and it says  my license is a commercial one which is not true. I reinstalled over and over again in order to change the license but still does not connect to any other computer.  Could you help me out to solve this problem?
