License question

Dear community,

I have a question about the license model from TeamViewer.

For example, we bought TeamViewer 11. As soon an update to version 12 is available. Does we get TeamViewer 11 security updates? How long is the support from the version?

It looks like, we have to buy every year a new license to get security updates, is this right?

    Hi , 

    We do update even if it's the previous version. 

    you can see Version number v11.0.XXXXX from our download page. Both old and new version have the same security level.

    Is the license a one time purchase? Or annual, or?
