Good day. Periodically, I need to connect to my home computer from a laptop, as an administrator. But lately a problem has arisen - it says to me that I entered the login or password for the administrator account incorrectly. Over the last week, it was also required to connect to my friends, but everywhere there was the same problem - the login or password of the Windows account was not correctly entered. Naturally, the login and password were entered correctly, because already at home, I tried to manually simulate the connection, and he still writes the wrong login or password. What could be the problem? in version 13 of TeamViewer, this problem was not noticed. Please, help!
