Lost my license after upgrade from 12 to 13 (now says Free)

Hi We have license for TW 12 but I upgrade myself (Helpdesk) and some clients to 13
I noticed it converts from Licensed to Free. How to return to my status??

First calm down, it doesn't worth, isn't it?
Identify all your clients do you upgrade. Instruct them to uninstall TW.
Then go to https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/previous-versions/
and download (and keep it, link is obscure) your licensed version
Reinstall using download version and your licensed copy start to work
IGNORE all offering for a better future (new versions)
Yes, this is what we call non-added value task
