Lost my license with Teamviewer 13 update

My teamviewer updated to 13 and i lost my premium license which is linked to the company i work for. I uninstalled Teamviewer 13 and put 12 back and logged into my account. But again its still a free version?? Any assitance please? The boss is out for the day and i have work to do.

    Having the same issue as well...lost my license when updated...I just dont understand why would they do this???? whats the reason behind it??? ive paid in full for my license and now to update to a slightly new version i will have to PAY AGAIN??? i dont even know what are the new features of this upgrade which i do not use anyway. 

    Please advice asap. Thanks
