I have a number of machines in my Management Console showing as offline. This is becasue the ID in the console for each of these machines is different to the ID on the actual machines.
Is there an easy way to refresh either the machines or the console to match these up?

If could be the result of one of our server crashes.
For the machines marked as "offline", there is no way to refresh them. You will have to delete them and add them manually with the new ID.
For those marked as "offline (unknown)", you just need to restart the TeamViewer service, and the ID will update automatically.
