Meeting won't end and I can't remote into my desktop!

Hi all - I accidentally started a meeting on my home computer while at work. I was remotely connected from my work pc to my home pc and started a meeting on my home pc to connect to my work pc. During this process I started the meeting and before clicking accept, i ended the remote session then accepted. Now that I am no longer in the meeting with myself, I try to start another remote session with my home computer and it says Your partner is currently in a meeting so access is denied. Is there a way to end this meeting while im not at home so that i can remote back into my home computer from work? It's quite urgent, I was dealing with my grandmother's medical information as she is very sick.
