Multiple companies connecting to the same computer

I have a subscription and have installed TeamViewer on some of my customers' computers but ocasionally they need support from a different company that also uses TeamViewer? Is that possible, how and what about version conflict?

Teamviewer always allows connection from a version equal to or higher than the target version. Eg.:
15 -> 14 OK
14 -> 14 OK
14 -> 15 KO
In your case I seem to understand, from the tag you entered, that you have a version 14.
In this case, whoever contacts you must have version 14 or the latest version 15 available.
Licenses: for TeamViewer it is sufficient that one of the two parties has a licensed version.Regards
