NEED HELP WITH THE ID OF TEAMVIEWER 13

I have a problem, when I installed the teamviewer for the first time in my id appears an IP address instead the normally ID number. How can I change the IP address to ID number. The teamviewer show this message Only Local connections.

    Hi there OsElizondo,

    In order to display the 9 digit TeamViewer ID again, please check the following:
    1. You are connected to the Internet and are able to access the TeamViewer servers.
    2. If you have no network issues, please access the TeamViewer LAN options and change the settings so that "accept exclusively" is not selected.
    (Extras >> Options >> General tab >> Network settings >> Incoming LAN connections)
    3. Close the options window and return to the main interface to view the 9 digit TeamViewer ID which should now be showing.
