Problem with license

Hello,

We have added a user with free license to our company corporate profile, but the user still with free license (your trial period has expired).

    When is the user getting this message? When the user is signed in or when the user is not signed in?

    Hello,

    When user is signed in TeamViewer 11 (our license is for version 11) and triyng to connect to some team viewer. The user is already added in our corporate Selmatic LTD. The user is [email address removed]
