QuickSupport for Samsung Galaxy s3 i747 does not work.

I just downloaded the QuickSupport app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy s3 i747) and the app tells me that an additional feature is avaialbe (Remote Control) and ironically it is the main feature that makes QuickSupport great and appealing. 

As you can see from a message below, the message tells me to submit a ticket but the system denies me and does not allow me to submit the ticket.  Anyone knows how I can install this additional feature that apparently is missing on my Samsung phone?
