Remote Commercial License - Now showing FREE

this is happening more and more. We have a TV-11v and we keeping getting our commercial license bumped to FREE. Why is this happening over and over again?

    Hello @AuraTelecom,

    Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    Maybe your license is not correctly activated on your device.

    To activate your license on your device:

    1. Open TeamViewer
    2. Go to Extras
    3. Click on Activate license
    4. Enter your license key (which is on your invoice)
    5. Save by clicking OK

    After doing this, TeamViewer should not show free again.
