Remotely reconfiguring TeamViewer 13 to make it unattended (with a twist)

Okay this might be an easy answer so let me start with a direct question.   Can I make an existing instance of TeamViewer into a unattended access remotely while connected (in TeamViewer 13)?  If not, I would have to log into that machine as an administrator (using RDP) and attempt to configure TeamViewer that way.  If I did that, would the changes in configuration I make in the administrator account carry over when a standard user logs into the system?  Meaning, are TV settings related in anyway to Windows User Accounts when it comes to unattended settings?

TIA
