Remove one PC and add another PC to authorized access list

As per our plan, its only allows three authorised machines and n-no.of hosts. One of my TeamMember has requested for removing his PC from the authorisation list so that another PC can be added. It's been more than 4 days since request has been put in place but we did not get any response from TeamViewer Team. Top on that even the existing user lost his access too.
It's been a chaos situation. Someone please respond.
