Removing Premium License

I have a customer which we installed teamviewer 9 and entered our licence key (Premium 1 Channel). We would now like to remove this. We have removed teamviewer 9 from the PC selecting to remove all settings. If we then reinstall teamviewer 9 without entering any details our licence reappears (Showing as Premium 1 Channel) and not Free. The only way around it I can find is to install Version 13 which we are not licenced for. It then displays a message saying they are not licenced for this version and reverts back to showing a free licence. Please can someone tell me how we remove our licence for V9 on this machine completely.
