Security codes on remote pc's
I have searched the knowledge base and maybe I missed the answer but I am very new to teamviewer and I have a question about the security codes used. I help my brothers maintain their PC's and I am 800 miles away. I had them download teamviewer and create accounts and they sent me their PC ID # and the code. I used this on my computer to connect remotely to their pc and everything was fine. I tried it today and it is asking for new codes. My question is this: Does teamviewer ask for new codes for every session? How do I get these codes if my brothers are not at home? Can I use the code generator and create a code? Just curious as I want to now how all of this works. Please forgive me if the answer has been posted and maybe I searched wrong for it. Thanks in advance.

every time you open the teamviewer the password changes for security reasons, but you can setup a permanent password in teamviewer in extras->options->security.
