Session with PC (1) has ended (0:05)

Hi, I'm trying to make a connection to a team from another city. At the time of establishing the connection, the connection window opens but after 5 seconds it closes and says the session with (1) has ended (0:05).
The team can establish a connection with my team but mine with the no.
Can anybody help me?
The version of teamviewer is 14.3.4730
