Show Black Screen does not work

Hello.
I am having problems with "show black screen".
When I connect to my workstation from a different computer using remote control, I try to activate "show black screen". it doesn't work.
The display driver is installed. I uninstalled and installed again but still no luck.
I am using two monitors, one HDMI and one DisplayPort. I disconnected the DP one just to test and it still does not work.
This computer has an Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 ti graphics card.
If this is a driver issue that TeamViewer cannot overcome, it would be nice if TV would just cover the screen with a black overlay so people can't see what's going on on the remote screen.
