TV 12.x Unable to use Admin credential on Client

I have one Client that has the same TV Install as all of my other clients. however, when I connect to her, and try to install Software, I cannot see the admin prompt. I get a TV message that Screensharing is unavailable. The user sees the Admin prompt. We are using the 12.x Client and host. This is the first time I have seen this, is there a fix?.
