TV13 Premium with non-commercial activity as well

I have a Premium licence for use at work.  I use the same account to connect to all my various free licence use connections (friends, family, other computers in my own home).  There is one computer in my own home that runs TV that my friends, who also use free non-commercial licence, connect to for the VPN functionality for secure LAN gaming.  About three weeks ago, they all started getting notifications that there was commercial use, and the message appears to be because I, with a premium licence, connected to it which then flagged the *destination* TV as commercial.  Is this what happened?  Any TV I connect to using a commercial licence is flagged as commercial only?
