TV9 - Can't Connect to Any Partner/IDs on Windows Application.

Hello I have installation of teamviewer 9 on my pc win10 pro.

After connected to my account, where are stored partners, I cannot connect to any of them by doubleclick. I get this message "Unable to establish a connection. Unknown cause"

Yesterday up tp 10.00 am no problem.

Any Idea ?

    I think it is again a technical problem on teamviewers infrastructure.

    And these problems are increasing constantly.

    These problems show up before and after every new version of TW is released.

    Yes - the problems might be related to the degraded performance we were facing.

    Our devs confirmed that the issue has been resolved. Can you check whether it is working again for you to confirm that your issue was caused by the performance issues we had.

    Thanks for your understanding and I can assure you: We are not doing this on purpose to make people pay for an upgrade!
