Team Viewer 8 - Partner is having proxy server error

I use Team Viewer 8 with W10. 

For the last week, when I try to connect to another person's computer THEY are getting a proxy server error that keeps them from getting a partner id and password.

I do not get this error on my end.

I'm currious how others may have fixed this, or if this is a teamviewer server problem, or if my version of team viewer is just deadlisted.
