Team Viewer on remote computer crashes every time i login with my local computer but keeps working w

So, I have a CPU in another country doing some video rendering on it. But recently tema viewer or my PC who knows. it crashes. The computer keeps running but it doesnt show on my local teamviewer (the one i use to login), because i have to call someone and tell them to check on the computer and that is alwasy a drag but i have someone that cna help. 

This doesnt happen when i login with my android device. I think there is one way of diagnose this and its this, this pc doesnt have a monitor, but this computer has always been like this and this just started a week ago. so i dont know what change. this computer is clean, it has no software other than teamviewer and adobe premiere. 

any suggestions? if i have to fix something i hope its somethign very easy because i dont want to bother this person to turn mycomputer on and of that much.
