TeamViewer 13 Client Will Not Let me Sign In

I just download Teamviewer on my daughter's new laptop (Dell G5 15, Windows 10).  I tried to login with my account but it will not let me log in.  The email field, password field and sign in button are all enabled.  After entering my email and password I click Sign In and nothing happens.  I tried rebooting and re-install with no luck.  Any ideas?

    Their sign in is broken **bleep** for a long time already. Many people have it: you may have all input fields grayed out, or you may have them enabled but entering email/pass doesn't log in at all. I have it on almost all my computers
