TeamViewer 13 Does Not Display Remote PlayOn.TV Window

Windows 10 Pro x64 laptop controlling remote Windows 10 Pro x64 desktop. TeamViewer 13 Personal running on both with the remote set up for unattended access. The remote is running PlayOn.tv 4.3.63.

When PlayOn.tv is running on the remote and I click to bring up its screen the display is all messed up showing a pixelated Windows background and I can watch the mouse cursor trailing around. If I minimize the PlayOn.tv window the display is normal again. Repeatable and happens every time. Other applications, Chrome, Windows Update, SyncToy all work properly.
