TeamViewer 13 agent for Windows

We have installed TeamViewer 13 Agent for windows in a corporate environment:

1. The agent does not prompt for login when started, how can we ensure every time the user launches TeamViewer it prompts for authentication?

2. We would like to disable all of the advertisments ?
