TeamViewer Host - same Password on every Computer and IPv4-Adress or Hostname as ID

Hello,
I want to rollout a TeamViewer Host on our 1.800 Clients. I would like to set on every Host the same Password and the ID of the Client should always be the Host-Name or the IPv4-Adress of the Client. I tried many things and searched in Googl, but never found a Solution.
Also it would be great if there is something like a "Host-Configuration"-file, where I can see and change all the Settings.
Is somethin like this possible?
