TeamViewer ID Keeps Changing

Im working for a security company using Team Viewer for 7 years. 
some versions ago my ID starting chaning now and than which is super **bleep**.
TV support allied a fix and since it has been working.
Tho now on latest version of TV13 recently my ID is jumping several times a week.
I cannot re-activate my old license since apperantly its not a vlaid number.
I cannot change the new ID as a Identified isntallation. I just have to sit on my but waiting for some repsonse. This is a very bad situation when you have each day scheduled support cases to deal with. Pls provide a fix tool when this happens, since these community shows lots of people has this issue.
If you are a paying customer with a certain ID, -> ID changing -> click the icon -> provide support with data and activate the new ID to get TV working -> revoke old ID

  • This is a major pain the neck. Why would they do this? Paying customer for years, paid a lot of money for the subscription and now paying more money in lost productivity.
