TeamViewer_QS error overwrite file ..\Appdata\Local\Temp\Teamviewer\tvqsfiles.7z

Hello, I used TeamViewer_QS version 12 and now downloaded version 13. When I start TeamViewerQS_V13.exe (doubleklick), then I get following error (see image): Error when overwrite file "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\TeamViewer\tvgsfiles.7x". Wondering is, that the error windows "Installation of TeamViewer 12", despite starting version 13.

Clicking two times on the ignore button, TeamViewerQS version 13 starts and my partner can connect without any problems.

Does anyone know, what`s the reason and how to get rid off the message.
