Hi! I have a problem in a windows server 2016 and TeamViewer 11. TeamViewer does not start until the windows login screen has passed. Once I have written the credentials and see the desktop, my TeamViewer connection is activated.

I have tried to write the domain\user credentials in the TeamViewer service, but it does not work.

Thanks.

    Hi tecnoxarxa,

Do you use the Host module or the Fullversion on the device?

Please make sure that the option "Full access control when a partner is connecting to the Windows logon screen" is activated. You can find this option in TeamViewer under "extras - options - advanced".

    Cheers,

    Hi tecnoxarxa,

Did you install TeamViewer through a RDP session?

If yes, please uninstall TeamViewer with all options (you canf ind an option for this during the uninstall wizard). Delete also the following folders:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\TeamViewer and C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Roaming\TeamViewer

After that, install TeamViewer directly on the machine and try it again.

If you didn't install it through a RDP session, please also try a to install TeamViewer again.

    Cheers,

No. I have installed teamviewer as local mode. I tell you it's a virtual machine (HyperV).
Anyway, I have uninstalled and checked to eliminate what you told me and continues with the problem :_(

    Hi tecnoxarxa,

Can you please install the new TeamViewer update to see if it works with the new version?
