TeamViewer slow when accessing client that runs app on TerminalServer

This is somewhat of an annoyance. When I support customers that run our app on a Terminal Server, the response is very sluggish. Mouse clicks seem to go ignored and the app feels very unresponsive.

Any ideas why this is?
