Hello, I apologize if this is not in the right place as this is the first time I have been on the community.
This is what I am trying to do: We need to set up a training session with our Partner Service Department to train from a partner out of state. What we are looking to do is have the partner host a meeting to go over training procedures and tips to our PS people (who are all new to the department and haven't been trained properly) and if any of them have a question during the seesion the teacher could get into that persons PC and walk them through it while the class watches. That is our overall goal! I'm not even sure that TeamViewer has that option as I have been on the community and looked at Google and YouTube for anything to this degree. So if anybody has any knowledge of this who would be willing to help it would be very greatly appreciated! We are running and have license on verion 12.
I do appreciate any input if this can or cannot be done.
