Teamviewer 13 Business - Upgraded to Subscription Module - Without Approval

I am an existing user of TV13 Business from past 2 years, recently enquired about upgradation to TV14, but never actually confirmed the order, but sales team of TV has changed my existing license to Subscription module without my consent and now i have lost my TV13 also. Speaking to customer support i got to invoice number of recent unauthorised upgradation. I can share on request
Currently i do not want to upgrade to subscription module.
Request you to revert back my license to TV13 Business edition as it was prior.
