Teamviewer V3 Unable to register

Dears,
we have an installation to a customer of ours, that runs a teamviewer version V3.6.4941 QS.
At the moment we are unable to get connected to the customer, because its client is unable to gain a valid ID.
Is it possible that you end the support of the version 3? Here below the log of the connection:
