Teamviewer address book regularly loses passwords

Hi There,

We have our own TV account for one of our customers. This includes access to the company servers. The host file is configured with a separate password for this user.

Now the boss reports that the account regularly loses the passwords and we then have to forgive new ones on the servers.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be?
