Teamviewer is not active on the computer from your partner

Hello other TV users,

We have a serieus problem with TV. We create a download link off TV to install TV on different machines. These machines are all using the same image. After the installation we all get the message to assign the TV to the account and to grant easy acces to the account. 

After we are done with the installation we can use TV withouth any problems. But for some reason, some of the machine are spontaniously offline... It say that TV is not active anymore. 

We also see that the assigment with the account and the 'grant easy' acces are unchecked. 

We have contacted TV and we have send some ZIP files with information of the TV collector programm. They told us that the ID of TV from the machines are changing... 

So, they give us an registry add-on to prevent the ID from changing. We now installing TV with the registry add-on to prevent the ID from changing, so that the machine will stay online!

But, the problem is still active... After a couple of hours, days, months the machine goes offline again and cannot be acces. He leave the boxes unchecked.

Still waiting for an solutions from TV. The machines are automaticly failed with the assignment and with the 'grant easy acces'. 

Even with the registry add-on the ID also change..
Does anyone has an idea?
