Teamviewer requires an update popup

Hello, we have Business license as a company. We installed teamviewer on our customer's PCs so that we can connect and solve problems without going there. But for our one customer there is a popup appearing when windows starts and connects to the internet.

The popup is below, what is the problem and how we can solve this?

PS: this is the case for some computers, not all computers and customers have this. We have around 20 clients connected to our account but just 5 of them have this. Thank you in advance.

    Hi trub,

    Thanks for your question.

    It is caused by an older license being activated on that device manually. This is overriding your later license and only occurs in a few cases where license keys have been used manually (Which is not recommend).

    Please contact support via phone or ticket and provide us with the ID's and the issue and we can remove the activation of the old license for you.
