Two-factor authenticator removal

Old device broke some time ago and I need to remove the authenticator on it to register a new one. I am unable to do so because I don't have the recovery codes any longer, or at least the ones I had did not work. I am still logged in on one machine, and can access my account but it will prompt for the authenticator code when trying to remove it.

I should note that I had to register this new account just to post.
