Ubuntu to Mac when meeting pycharm. Is it a bug?

I am using Ubuntu to control the remote Mac. In the pycharm on mac, I find the keys enter and backspace can not be used. When using windows to control the mac, everything is ok! Is it a problem about pycharm or teamviewer?  How to sovle this?
